I’m afraid to throw up because bulimia has such stigma compared to anorexia. Whatever anyone else does I find some reason why it’s not good enough. I make snide comments to myself about fat people, even though I’m busy making those same comments to myself. It’s my way of coping, that and starving. But I feel like such a terrible person.

Vegan Banana Ice Cream

2 ripe bananas, chopped. (freeze overnight on a plate) Then transfer to a food processor and mix till the banana is in little bits. Then add your own flavours (choc chips, Nutella, peanut butter, caramel etc) and continue blending till smooth.
